Cream Cheese Frosting
This frosting is so delicious. Add it to any cake or cupcakes.. this is yummy on sugar cookies too!
Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large bowl cream the butter and cream cheese. (with stand or hand mixer)
- Add vanilla.
- Slowly beat in sugar until smooth and fluffy.
