Praise Jar
For several years now my family and I have done what we call “Praise Jar.”
It’s a really simple thing but it is a sweet tradition that not only honors God but builds the faith of your family.
We have a simple glass jar that we sit out on the hutch in our living room and any time throughout the year we experience God move in our lives or He answers a prayer we put it on a little piece of paper and add it to our jar.
At the end of the year we have a special dinner and time that we sit together as a family and take turns reading our praises and everything God did that year in our lives. It’s amazing how much you can forget the little things so its a wonderful reminder and we celebrate and praise God for all He did!
